Residence Sarafovo Bay will provide you with the safest and most care-free greeting of any property available in Bulgaria. Your environment will be kept in immaculate condition by maintaining all common and shared areas.

The gardens, regular cleaning of the common areas, pool care, painting the building exterior, service maintenance (plumbing & electricity), lift maintenance, 24 hours security etc all will be routinely and regularly cared for against a defined maintenance schedule, whilst those ad hoc niggling problems that always occur with the ownership of any property will be dealt with promptly, efficiently and of course effectively: and all for the equivalent of 50 Euro per month.

During the construction phase and under Bulgarian Law the insurance obligation is born fully by the construction company. Once the building construction phase is complete and you receive your apartment keys, your property and the building generally will be 100% insured centrally and all expenses regarding it covered by the monthly maintenance fee. There are therefore no hidden additional charges.
